Our range of Isogate® mechanical and pneumatic pinch valves are designed to provide effective control of abrasive and corrosive flow in mining and industrial process systems. The single- and double-acting pinch mechanism closes the pinch sleeve along the valve centerline to maximise control of the process flow and minimise wear damage to the sleeve liner. Isogate® pneumatic pinch valves are especially ideal for remote operations using typical plant air, and do not require auxiliary cylinder actuators. Compared to other types of valves, our Isogate® pinch control valves offer the following benefits: Center pinch operation and flexible pinch sleeve construction to ensure accurate flow control and long pinch sleeve life The heavy duty internal pinch mechanism requires low input force for smooth hand wheel operation at maximum working pressures Lined with our market-leading Linatex® premium rubber (a wide range of natural and synthetic rubber liner materials are also available) Our Isogate® pneumatic pinch valves also feature: Bi-directional shut-off so the valve can be operated in any pipeline position A robust cast-metal body that contains the pneumatic/hydraulic supply pressure, encloses and protects the pinch sleeve, and provides secondary process containment For more information about our range of Isogate® pinch valves, please get in touch with our team .
